Who We
Are
MsK was
founded by
Mareen S. Kruckeberg
in 1969. An internationally recognized
horticulturalist, she was propagating and selling
native plants long before it became ecologically and
fashionably favorable.

Art
Kruckeberg,
when he’s not away giving lectures or
teaching workshops, is busy sowing
seeds, planting trees, weeding, or
introducing the rest of us to another
fascinating, unusual plant in the 4-acre
garden that he and Mareen created.
Rowland Adeniyi,
who has worked with the plants in the garden
for over 28 years, does everything from web
design to carpentry and weeding.
Sarah Baker
a Noxious weed & restoration ecology specialist
is the Kruckeberg Botanic Garden Director and the Msk
Nursery Manager.
